Welcome to my Travel Blog

I've met hundreds of travelers at co-working spaces, on excursions, leaving temples, and even at the gym. I've spent countless hours talking with digital nomads, writers, and wanderers from all over the world. Many of them became teachers to me without realizing it.

I've learned more about travel and the world through these conversations than from any guidebook or website. The insights and warnings from shared experiences have shaped how I move, what I notice, and how I appreciate the places I visit.

What started organically — helping fellow travelers navigate challenges — gradually became something more. After publishing The Digital Nomad Blueprint, people began reaching out. Not just aspiring nomads, but individuals facing crossroads: loss, career transitions, the search for purpose and direction. They had questions that went beyond logistics. How do I actually make this leap? How do I rebuild after everything changes? How do I design a life that feels aligned?

I realized I wasn't just sharing travel tips or strategies. I was walking alongside people through profound life transitions, offering perspective and the kind of clarity that comes from having made the leap yourself. That's when I understood — this is my work now.

I'm a storyteller. I believe in sharing stories. In the act of sharing, period. Because I know life gets better when we do.

Grand Prix Rider to Digital Nomad

As an adolescent I was passionate (maybe even obsessed) with horses and equestrian sport. That passion, along with the support of my parents, gave me the extraordinary opportunity to bring my horses to Europe to train and compete among the best in the world. I trained as a teenager at Germany's Gestüt Grönwohldhof, immersing myself in a system of horsemanship that shaped everything that came after. Back in the United States I spent nearly two decades competing at Grand Prix level across North America, founded Dream Street Stallions, Inc., and in 2008 became the youngest owner in history to win the Grand Championship at Dressage at Devon; a record that still stands.

That lifetime in elite equestrian sport gave me something no marketing course ever could. I understand this world from the inside; its culture, its language, its standards, and the remarkable athletes, both human and equine, who define it. I now bring that knowledge to the riders and brands who deserve to be seen at the level they've worked to achieve. I manage the complete digital presence of Olympic bronze medalist Lisa Wilcox, place equestrian athletes in luxury publications, and work with brands internationally on media and advertising — remotely, from wherever I happen to be.

In 2025 I made the decision to lean into both worlds fully. I departed JFK on the last day of January, and that is where this chapter begins: not just as a traveler and author, but as someone who spent a lifetime in one world and is now building another, one conversation, one story, and one honest mile at a time.

This blog is where both of those worlds live. If you're an equestrian brand ready to tell your story properly, the Media page is for you. If you're standing at your own crossroads — the writing here is for you too.
